The CD "no.1 instruments" (2nd edition) provides a wide-ranging base of typical keyboard instruments incl. 600 drum sounds, supporting songs in many different styles.

CD content velocity sensitive synth basses from hard to warm (Waldorf Pulse, Clavia Nordlead, up to 8 sampled velocity zones per key) very extensive drums & percussions section effect sounds (cars, buttons, household, metal boxes, sci-fi ...) instruments (accordions, bells, brass, guitars, organs, flutes, pianos, strings, synth voices, woodwinds) lead sounds short synth sounds for fast sequencer-lines morphing pads and sweeps some typical homecomputer "chip" sounds (known from e.g. C64)

File formats The CD contains more than 2600 individual samples in the universal 16 bit / 44 kHz WAV format, playable by almost any sampler and sequencer. We also packed all the individual samples into multisampled ready-to-play instruments: SF2 (Soundfont) - supported by almost any sampler (HALion, Gigastudio, EXS24, Kontakt, Fruity, Reason, Wusik, Dimension ...) and also by the Onboard-Sampler of the popular Audigy and X-Fi soundcards or Apples Garageband VS3 - for VSampler, additionally uses VSamplers integrated filters, modulations and effects XI - for trackers, e. g. Buzz, Modplug, Madtracker, Renoise, Fast Tracker, Impulse Tracker, SoundTracker

Our customers seem to be very happy with the CD - they sent us more than 50 demosongs already. Shortly after the CD release two music videos placed 1st and 2nd at the "Wild Compo" of the Mekka/Symposium (biggest demo party of Germany), both having a soundtrack almost exclusively made from "no.1 instruments".

With the CD you purchase the license for commercial use of those samples in your songs, free of copyright troubles or additional licence fees.
